LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 the following action was taken:




1. DENIED: 66 Beachside Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7682 by Mark Motyl for property owned by 66 Beachside LLC for a variance for setbacks for a tennis court, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #H05025000.


2. GRANTED: 19 Otter Trail,  ZBA Appl. #7696 by Pete Romano, Land Tech for property owned by Dana and Robert Kligerman for a variance for coverage to construct a new pool and associated site improvements for property located in a Residence A zone, PID# C07056000.


3. GRANTED: 32 St John Place, ZBA Appl. #7695 by Robbie Mustoe for property owned by Robbie and Caroline Mustoe for variances for coverage and setback for a new two-story addition to a property located in a Residence A zone, PID# C10111000.


4. GRANTED:  18 Roosevelt Rd, ZBA Appl. #7001 by Katharine Pfeffer for property owned by Katharine and Russell Pfeffer for a variance for coverage for a shed and to expand the existing dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID# D03026000.
