Walko, Esq., representing owner of property, Westport Realty & Development, LLC, located at 24 Fairfield Avenue, for an appeal of a decision of the Planning and Zoning Department not to enforce a possible Zoning Violation at 22 Fairfield Avenue, located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03085000.
