  1. 22 Fairfield Avenue: (Appeal was opened and testimony was taken at 1/29/2019 hearing and further continued to 2/26/2019). ZBA Appl. #7687 by Stephen G. Walko, Esq., representing owner of property, Westport Realty & Development, LLC, located at 24 Fairfield Avenue, for an appeal of a decision of the Planning and Zoning Department not to enforce a possible Zoning Violation at 22 Fairfield Avenue, located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03085000.

  1. 19 Fairfield Avenue: (Application was opened and testimony was taken at 12/11/2018 hearing, continued to 1/15/2019 with no testimony and continued to 2/12/2019 and further continued to 2/26/2019).   ZBA #7672 by Peter Wormser and Dan Kahn for property owned by 19 Fairfield Ave. LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage to raise existing house to be FEMA compliant and for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03102000.

  1. 12 Sterling Drive: (Scheduled for 1/29/2019 meeting with no testimony, continued to 2/12/2019 and further continued to 2/26/2019).   ZBA #7690 by Richard Benson, RB Properties, LLC for property owned by RB Properties, LLC for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D04079000.

  1. 605 Post Road East: (Scheduled for 2/12/2019 hearing and continued to 2/26/2019).  ZBA #7685 by Regency Centers, (Jack DeVilliers) for property owned by Equity One Westport Village Center LLC for variances for Coverage, Parking Requirements, dumpsters in a residential zone, landscape of developed sites, for improvements to parking, landscaping dumpster location and for façade renovations to a property located in a RBD/Residence A zone, PID #E09068000.

  1. 30 Island Way: ZBA Appl. #7692 by Gail Coylendall for property owned by John and Gail Coylendall for a variance for coverage, to build a new FEMA compliant single family residence on a property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01057000.
