LEGAL NOTICE & AGENDA – ADDENDUM
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at 4 p.m. in Room 309 for the following additional purpose(s):
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services & Public Protection for the FFY 2010 Severe Repetitive Loss sub-grant award #010R158A for Home Elevation at 312 South Compo Road; and further to authorize First Selectman Gordon F. Joseloff to sign such documentation on behalf of the Town of Westport.
10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Per and Viveka Kjellgren for the raising of a coastal structure in connection with a hazard mitigation reconstruction project located at 312 Compo Road South.
