LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, April 09, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.19 Otter Trail: ZBA Appl. #7696 by Pete Romano, Land Tech for property owned by Dana and Robert Kligerman for a variance for coverage to construct a new pool and associated site improvements for property located in a Residence A zone, PID# C07056000.
2.760 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7702 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates Inc. for property owned by Torno Lumber Inc. for a variance for signs above the lowest point of the main roof line, for property located in a GBD zone, PID# E09039000.
3.18 Roosevelt Rd: ZBA Appl. #7001 by Katharine and Russell Pfeffer for property owned by Katharine and Russell Pfeffer for a variance for coverage to expand the existing dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID# D03026000.
4.17 Owenoke Pk: ZBA Appl #7703 by Eric D. Bernheim, Esq. for property owned by 1720 Owenoke LLC for a height variance to construct a new FEMA compliant dwelling for a property located in a Residence A zone, PID# D03170000.
5.701 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7705 by Jannette Colon, SWA Architecture for property owned by Westport MCD Holdings LLC for a variance for signs located in a GBD zone, PID# E09152000.
