LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a hearing held on March 21, 2019, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:  



1. APPROVED: 43 Compo Mill Cove: Appl. #18-086 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by Douglas Eisenberg and Andrea Friedman for a CAM Site Plan approval to elevate existing house, construct a second story addition and a new two story addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04072000.
  


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions and or reasons, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
