Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in Westport Town Hall Room 307/309 for the following purposes (subject to revision):
1.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public meeting of March 13, 2019 and the Board of Selectmen’s Special Meeting of March 21, 2019.
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine, in accordance with CGS Sec. 13a-49, to approve the discontinuance of that certain piece of land or parcel of land, situated in the Town of Westport, County of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, being shown and delineated as “Existing 25’ Wide Accessway (Map 10064 W.L.R.) to be Abandoned” on a certain map entitled “Lot Consolidation Plan Prepared for: Westport/Weston Family Y, Project Location: 14 Allen Raymond Lane Westport CT” dated September 13, 2018.
3.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a request for a variance under Sec. 50-337 of the Town Driveway Ordinance as it relates to the proposed construction of a driveway to allow four (4) properties on Alpine Lane to share a driveway extending from Buttonwood Lane, contingent upon compliance with comments from relevant Town Departments.
4.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Pharmacy Service Agreement between MaxorPlus Ltd. and the Town of Westport, dated July 1, 2012.
5.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Master Service Agreement by and between the Town of Westport and Intrinsic Risk Services, LLC as it relates to independent consulting services for hazard assessment, industry training, and associated program development.
6.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Professional Services Agreement by and between the Town of Westport and Real Term Energy, U.S., LP as it relates to proposed street light conversion.
