LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on November 7, 2011, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 1365 Post Road East, Appl. # 11-055 by John DePace for property owned by 157 Easton Road Corp. for a Site Plan approval for Outdoor Storage and Display for temporary refrigerated trucks, in a GBD zone, PID #G09104000.
2. APPROVED: 374 Post Road East, Appl. #11-057 by Jeffrey Taylor, AIA for property owned by Compo Acres, LLC for a Site Plan approval for minor exterior alterations to existing storefront, in a GBD/A zone, PID #D09122000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
