1. 690 Post Road East
To review and comment on the revised design for external free-standing signage at 690 Post Road East (Parcel ID #E09/043/000) submitted by Carolyn Parker for property owned by Cumberland Farms located in the General Business District, that was preliminarily approved at the March 12, 2019 meeting. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 


2. 1830 Post Road East
To review and comment on the revised building and canopy elevations requested by the ARB at the March 12, 2019 meeting for the new convenience store and canopy at 1830 Post Road East (Parcel ID# I09//005/000) submitted by Mel Barr for property owned by 1830 Associates LLC, et al located in the General Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 


3. 54 Wilton Road
To review and comment on the proposed free-standing sign at 54 Wilton Road (Parcel ID# C10//073/000) submitted by Jeff Trell for property owned by STC Green LLC located in in the General Business District/Residential District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 


4. 20 & 26 Morningside Drive South
To review and comment on the proposed affordable housing development (pursuant to CGS Section 8-30g) at 20 & 26 Morningside Drive South (Parcel IDs# G09//001/000 and G08//017/000) submitted by Mel Barr for property owned by Morningside Drive Homes LLC located in proposed §19C, Residential -Medium Density Housing Opportunity Zone (R-MDHOZ).  Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
