To review and comment on the proposed external free-standing signage at 690 Post Road East (Parcel ID #E09/043/000) submitted by Carolyn Parker for property owned by Cumberland Farms located in the General Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

 

2.      1830 Post Road East

To review and comment on the proposed new convenience store with relocated pump islands, new canopy and proposed free-standing signage at 1830 Post Road East (Parcel ID# I09//005/000) submitted by Mel Barr for property owned by 1830 Associates LLC, et al located in the General Business District. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
