COLEYTOWN MIDDLE SCHOOL BUILDING COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that the following body will meet at
Westport Town Hall, Room 307/309, Wednesday, March 13th, 2019, 6:30 pm
AGENDA ITEMS –
1)To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Coleytown Building committee meeting of March 6, 2019.
2)Public comment
3)Selection of a Vice Chair and Secretary for the Committee
4)Outline of process to be used in evaluating the Construction Manager RFQ submitted responses
5) General Items to be determined by Committee, if any.
6) Adjournment to Executive Session
NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
It is anticipated that the Coleytown Middle School Building Committee will go into executive session to review and discuss the responses to the Construction Manager RFQ.
