Notice & Agenda
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in Westport Town Hall Room 307/309 for the following purposes (subject to revision):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s Special Meeting of February 25, 2019, the public meeting of February 27, 2019 and the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public meeting of February 27, 2019.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Parks & Recreation Commission, to approve proposed Longshore golf fees for the 2019 season (full list available at the Selectman’s Office and Town Clerk’s Office).
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Public Site and Building Committee, to approve the contract between the Town of Westport and Vanguard Modular Building Systems for the installation and lease of modular classrooms at Bedford Middle School.

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the contract between Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates and the Town of Westport for consulting services related to the accelerated rehabilitation of Coleytown Middle School
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the contract between Vinmas Corporation and the Town of Westport for Project Management services related to the accelerated rehabilitation of Coleytown Middle School.
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an amendment to the E-Payment Services Agreement between Point & Pay, LLC and the Town of Westport as it relates to payment processing services for debit/credit card and other forms of electronic payments for use throughout applicable Town Departments.
