1. 62 Compo Mill Cove: (The following application will be opened with no testimony taken and continued to 4-9-19). ZBA Appl. #7700 by John Conte III, P.E. of Conte and Conte for property owned by Cove Dog LLC, c/o Jeff Wilkins for a variance for grading within five (5) feet of the property line to relocate existing retaining wall and to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID# E04085000.


2. 66 Beachside Avenue: (The following application was opened with testimony on 01/29/19, and continued to 2/12/19, meeting cancelled and further continued to 3-12-19). ZBA #7682 by Mark Motyl for property owned by 66 Beachside LLC for a variance for setbacks for a tennis court, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #H05025000.


3. 1 Charmers Landing:  ZBA Appl. #7693 by Pete Romano, Land Tech for property owned by Charmers Landing Property LLC for a variance for setback for construction of a new boat dock, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B04028000. 


4. 259 Saugatuck Ave:  ZBA Appl. #7694 by Pete Romano, Land Tech for property owned by 259 Saugatuck Avenue LLC for a variance for setback for a new boat dock, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID# B04027000.


5. 32 St John Place:   ZBA Appl. #7685 by Robbie Mustoe for property owned by Robbie and Caroline Mustoe for variances for coverage and setback for a new two story addition to a property located in a Residence A zone, PID# C10111000.
