LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 the following action was taken:


1. APPEAL DENIED, Upheld Action of Zoning Official:  22 Fairfield Avenue:
 ZBA #7687 by Stephen G. Walko, Esq., representing owner of property, Westport Realty & Development, LLC, of 24 Fairfield Avenue, to appeal the nonenforcement of a possible Zoning Violation at 22 Fairfield Avenue, located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03085000.


2. DENIED: 19 Fairfield Avenue: ZBA #7672 by Peter Wormser and Dan Kahn for property owned by 19 Fairfield Ave. LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage to raise existing house to be FEMA compliant and for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03102000.


3. GRANTED: 12 Sterling Drive: ZBA #7690 by Richard Benson, RB Properties, LLC for property owned by RB Properties, LLC for a variance for coverage and new construction for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D04079000. 


4. GRANTED: 605 Post Road East: ZBA #7685 by Regency Centers, (Jack DeVilliers) for property owned by Equity One Westport Village Center LLC for variances for coverage, of dumpsters in a residential zone, landscape of developed sites, for improvements to parking, landscaping and for façade renovations to a property located in a RBD/Residence A zone, PID #E09068000.


5. GRANTED: 30 Island Way: ZBA #7692 by Gail Coylendall for property owned by John and Gail Coylendall for a variance for coverage, to build a new FEMA compliant single family residence on a property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01057000.
