The joint meeting of the Pension Investment Committee and 401(k) and the Defined Contribution Plan Investment Committee will meet on Thursday March 7, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. in Room 309 of the Town Hall.

The Committee(s) will meet to discuss:

• Capital Markets Review

• Pension & OPEB Plans
o Performance Review through December 2018
o Asset Allocation Analysis
o Update from the Plans International Equity Manager

• To vote on the following two amendments to the Defined Contribution Plan
o Plan Amendment to add a Roth plan option
o Plan Amendment for automatic rollover of terminated employee balances of less than $5,000

• Defined Contribution and 401(k) Plans
o Plan Design Overview
o Performance Review
