LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING    


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:




1. 1 Charmers Landing:  ZBA Appl. #7693 by Pete Romano, Land Tech for property owned by Charmers Landing Property LLC for a variance for setback for construction of a new boat dock, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID# B04028000.


2. 259 Saugatuck Ave:  ZBA Appl. #7694 by Pete Romano, Land Tech for property owned by 259 Saugatuck Avenue LLC for a variance for setback for a new boat dock, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID# B04027000.


3. 32 St John Place:   ZBA Appl. #7685 by Robbie Mustoe for property owned by Robbie Mustoe for variances for coverage and setback for a new two story addition to a property located in a Residence A zone, PID# C10111000.


4. 15 Myrtle Ave:   ZBA Appl. #7677 by William Achilles, Architects for property owned by R W 15 Myrtle LLC for variances for setbacks and floor area definitions for interior renovations including relocation and reconstruction of overall floor area on a property located in a Residence A zone, PID# B01057000.


5. 62 Compo Mill Cove:  ZBA Appl. #7700 by John Conte III, P.E. of Conte and Conte for property owned by Cove Dog LLC, c/o Jeff Wilkins for a variance for grading within five (5) feet of the property line to relocate existing retaining wall to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID# E04085000.




At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
