WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision on October 31, 2010 at a Show Cause Hearing held in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses.
24 Cobb Drive: The decision to issue a Cease and Correct Order to Mari Lynn and Leslie Lewis for filling within the 20’ upland review area from wetlands was WITHDRAWN.
The file may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
