REVISED 02-07-2019 to include additional date for publication
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen will hold a special meeting on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 7:00 pm in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose:
To take such action as the meeting may determine to accept a petition from electors residing on Silent Grove North, pursuant to §7-325 of the Connecticut General Statutes, to call a meeting to form a Special Taxing District, as defined in §7-324 of the Connecticut General Statutes, for the maintenance of Silent Grove North, a private road located in the Town of Westport, to include repair, repaving, beautification and safety of said road, construction and maintenance of sewers and sewer systems, snow removal, garbage collection and other usual and reasonably necessary undertakings permitted by §7-326 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
