1. 66 Beachside Avenue: (The following application was opened with testimony on 01/29/19, and continued to 2/12/19. ZBA #7682 by Mark Motyl for property owned by 66 Beachside LLC for a variance for setbacks for a tennis court, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #H05025000.


2. 12 Sterling Drive: (The following application will be opened and continued to 2/12/19.  
No testimony will be taken at this hearing.) ZBA #7690 by Richard Benson, RB Properties, LLC for property owned by RB Properties, LLC for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D04079000.


3. 19 Fairfield Avenue:   ZBA #7672 by Peter Wormser and Dan Kahn for property owned by 19 Fairfield Ave. LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage to raise existing house to be FEMA compliant and for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03102000.
