LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  250 North Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7673 by Chris O’Dell for property owned by Stephen and Stefanie Shackelford for a variance for setbacks and for accessory structure over 300 square feet, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #D16023000.


2. GRANTED:  45 Reichert Circle,  ZBA Appl. #7683 by Fred and Marci Caporizzo, for property owned by Fred and Marci Caporizzo for setbacks and coverage for a shed, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D12141000.


3. GRANTED:  27 Bermuda Road, ZBA Appl. #7686 by Steven Keedle for property owned by Glen and Jamie Camche for a variance for coverage, setbacks and height for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02041000.


4.
