LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.605 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7685 by Regency Centers, (Jack deVilliers) for property owned by Equity One Westport Village Center LLC for variances for Coverage, Setbacks, Gross Floor Area in excess of 50,000 square feet, FAR, Parking Requirements, Expansion of nonresidential parking and dumpsters in a residential zone, reduced width of Front Landscape, number and location of parking lot trees, setback of a commercial establishment from a residential zone, reduced landscape Buffer Strip between residential and commercial zone and to vary the prohibition of granting variances uses in a residential zone to allow for a commercial use (parking) in a residential zone, for improvements to parking, landscaping dumpster location and for façade renovations to a property located in a RBD/Residence A zone, PID #E09068000
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
