NOTICE AND AGENDA
 
Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:


1. To review and comment on proposed exterior modifications at 20 Bay Street submitted by Phil Cerrone for property owned by 20 Bay Street Property LLC located in the Restricted Professional Office District (RPOD #2) and Village District Overlay (VDO) zones. 


2. To review and comment on proposed façade renovations at Unit 1, Sconset Square, 15 Myrtle Avenue (Parcel ID# D10//001/000) submitted by Frederick William Hoag for property owned by RW 15 Myrtle LLC located in the Restricted Office Retail District (RORD) and the Village District Overlay (VDO) zones. 


3. To review and comment on proposed renovation of the Parker-Harding Plaza elevation of 165 Main Street submitted by Frederick William Hoag for property owned by 165 Main Street Associates LLC located in the Business Center District (BCD) and Village District Overlay (VDO) zones. 


4. To review and comment on proposed exterior modifications at 97 Main Street (69-93 Main Street, Parcel ID# C10//076/000) submitted by Nick Temerario for property owned by Empire State Realty Trust located in the Business Center District (BCD) and Village District Overlay (VDO) zones.
