LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a hearing held on January 17, 2019, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.APPROVED: 111 Harbor Road, Appl. #18-067 by Don Fairbanks for property owned by Rick and Karen Leever for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02142000.
2.ADOPTED: Amendment # 764, Appl. #18-084 by Westport 191 Real Estate LLC for a text amendment to the Westport Zoning Regulations to modify §34-5, Parking Requirements Table to require 1 parking space for every 200 SF for Medical Use. A copy of the amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office. Effective date: 2/10/19
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions and or reasons, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
