LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.12 Sterling Drive: ZBA Appl. #7690 by Richard Benson, RB Properties, LLC for property owned by RB Properties, LLC for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #004079000.
2.22 Fairfield Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7687 by Stephen G. Walko, Esq., representing owner of property, Westport Realty & Development, LLC, located at 24 Fairfield Avenue, for an appeal of a decision of the Planning and Zoning Department not to enforce a possible Zoning Violation at 22 Fairfield Avenue, located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03085000.
3.66 Beachside Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7682 by Mark Motyl for property owned by 66 Beachside LLC for a variance for setbacks for a tennis court, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #050025000.
4.27 Bermuda Road: ZBA Appl. #7686 by Steven Keedle for property owned by Glen and Jamie Camche for a variance for coverage, setbacks and height for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02041000.
5.35 Danbury Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7688 William Achilles Jr AIA – Achilles Architects for property owned by Theodore and Hilde Oesterhus Berg for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new FEMA compliant single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03062000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
