LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 the following action was taken:


1. APPROVED:  111 Harbor Road, ZBA Appl. #7624, Discussion and potential approval of Stipulation for Judgement in case entitled Life on the Water, LLC v Westport Zoning Board of Appeals regarding a settlement of variance application #7624, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # B02142000. 


2. APPROVED:  60 Charles Street, ZBA Appl. #7681 by Frederick William Hoag Architect for property owned by 60 Charles Street LLC, for a variance for a wall sign above lowest point of the roof, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #B05089000.


3. APPROVED:  20 Bay Street, ZBA Appl. #7684 by Phil Cerrone, Architect, for property owned by 20 Bay Street Property, LLC DBA ACM Realty for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new front porch and replace existing ramp and stairs, for property located in a RPOD/VDO zone, PID #C09155000.


4. APPROVED:  201 Main Street, ZBA Appl. #7686 by Mel Barr of Barr Assoc. LLC, for property owned by Belden Place, LLC for a modification to previously approved ZBA Appl. #7540 to permit new construction of Building A in the setbacks and maintain the previously approved variances of ZBA Appl. #7540, for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10091000.
