A work session of the Historic District Commission will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 1:00pm in Room 201 to discuss, revise and finalize comments on Planning and Zoning Transmittal for Site Plan application pursuant to 8-30g of the Connecticut General Statutes to demolish the existing farmhouse and construct 19 three bedroom units on approximately 3.2 acres, and designating 6 of the 19 units as affordable units at 20 and 26 Morningside Drive located in the 20 and 26 Morningside Drive South Local Historic District.
