I PUBLIC MEETING 

1. 111 Harbor Road, ZBA Appl. #7624:  Discussion and potential approval of Stipulation for Judgement in case entitled Life on the Water, LLC v Westport Zoning Board of Appeals regarding a settlement of variance application #7624, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # B02142000. 


II PUBLIC HEARING 


1. 24 Fairfield Avenue:   (The following application has been postponed.  A new legal notice will be published)  ZBA Appl. #7687 by Stephen G. Walko, Esq., for property owned by Westport Realty & Development, LLC for an appeal of a decision of the Planning and Zoning Department not to enforce a Zoning Violation, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03084000.


2. 19 Fairfield Avenue:   (The following application is continued from 12/11/18 and will be further continued to 2/12/19. No testimony will be taken at this hearing. Testimony was previously  taken)  ZBA Appl. #7672 by Peter Wormser and Dan Kahn for property owned by 19 Fairfield Ave. LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage to raise existing house to be FEMA compliant and for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03102000. 


3. 60 Charles Street:  (The following application is continued from 12/11/18. No testimony was taken)  ZBA Appl. #7681 by Frederick William Hoag Architect for property owned by 60 Charles Street LLC, for a variance for a wall sign above lowest point of the roof, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #B05089000.


4. 45 Reichert Circle:  ZBA Appl. #7683 by Fred and Marci Caporizzo, for property owned by Fred and Marci Caporizzo for setbacks and coverage for a shed, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D12141000.


5. 20 Bay Street:  ZBA Appl. #7684 by Phil Cerrone, Architect, for property owned by 20 Bay Street Property, LLC DBA ACM Realty for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new front porch and replace existing ramp and stairs, for property located in a RPOD/VDO zone, PID #C09155000.


6. 201 Main Street:  ZBA Appl. #7686 by Mel Barr of Barr Assoc. LLC, for property owned by Belden Place, LLC for a modification to previously approved ZBA Appl. #7540 to permit new construction of Building A in the setbacks and maintain the previously approved variances of ZBA Appl. #7540, for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10091000.
