1.701 Post Road East
To continue to review and comment on the revised proposed façade alterations to meet McDonalds Corporation standards at 701 Post Road East (Parcel ID #E09/152/000) submitted by Sergio Ali for property owned by Westport MCD Holdings, LLC located in the General Business District/res A zoning district. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.
2.Hiawatha Lane
To continue to review and comment on the proposed multi-family housing project at Hiawatha Lane submitted by Tim Hollister for property owned by Summit Saugatuck LLC in the Residential B zoning district to provide comments to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their review of the applications submitted by Summit Saugatuck, LLC, including Text Amendment #760, to create a new Zoning District, Saugatuck Village District or SVD; Map Amendment #761 to rezone 8.8 acres of property owned by Summit Saugatuck, LLC located at 28, 36, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, and 47 Hiawatha Lane, Parcels A & B adjacent to those lots, and a portion of the private road be of Hiawatha Lane/Hiawatha Lane Extension (the subject properties); and Coastal site Plan Application #18-081 to develop the subject properties using the SVD regulations to create a 187-unit multi-family development including affordable housing pursuant to CGS 8-30g.
