1. 701 Post Road East
To review and comment on the revised proposed façade alterations to meet McDonalds Corporation standards at 701 Post Road East (Parcel ID #E09/152/000) submitted by Sergio Ali for property owned by Westport MCD Holdings, LLC located in the General Business District/res A zoning district.  Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals. 


2. Hiawatha Lane 
To review and comment on the proposed multi-family housing project at Hiawatha Lane submitted by Tim Hollister for property owned by Summit Saugatuck LLC in the Residential B zoning district *to provide comments to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their review of the applications submitted by Summit Saugatuck, LLC, including Text Amendment #760, to create a new Zoning District, Saugatuck Village District or SVD; Map Amendment #761 to rezone 8.8 acres of property owned by Summit Saugatuck, LLC located at 28, 36, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, and 47 Hiawatha Lane, Parcels A & B adjacent to those lots, and a portion of the private road be of Hiawatha Lane/Hiawatha Lane Extension (the subject properties); and Coastal site Plan Application #18-081  to develop the subject properties using the SVD regulations to create a 187-unit multi-family development including affordable housing pursuant to CGS 8-30g. 


3. **489 Post Road East
To review and comment on revised proposed renovations at 489 Post Road East submitted by Salvatore Pizzino for property owned by Carvelena, LLC (Salvatore Pizzino) located in the General Business District (GBD) zoning district.
