December 4, 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose:
To take such action as the meeting may determine, pursuant to Section C5-9(C)(1) of the Town Charter, to accept the letter from the Registrars of Voters dated November 29, 2018, related to the referendum petition pages regarding the $840,000 appropriation by the RTM to replace restrooms at Compo’s South Beach; to conclude whether there will be a referendum on this issue; and to so notify the Town Clerk. The letter notified the Board that an insufficient number of signatures was received.
