At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 the following action was taken:

  1. GRANTED:  4 Budner Lane, ZBA Appl. #7671 by Grace Rosenstein for property owned by Grace Rosesnstein for a variance for setbacks for an addition, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E07102000.

  1. GRANTED:  235 Post Road West, ZBA Appl. #7674 by Catherine Figueroa for property owned by Peter Gaboriault for a variance for a wall sign above the lowest point of the roof and above the lower sill of second floor window, for property located in BPD zone, PID #B08087000.
