LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Meeting in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall.

1. 111 Harbor Road, ZBA Appl. #7624:  Discussion and potential approval of Stipulation for Judgement in case entitled Life on the Water, LLC v Westport Zoning Board of Appeals regarding a settlement of variance application #7624, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID # B02142000.

A copy of the stipulation for judgement is available in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals,  Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
