The Zoning
Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110
Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, December 11,
2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to
hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning
Regulations:
- 19 Fairfield Avenue: ZBA
Appl. #7672 by Peter Wormser and Dan Kahn for property owned by 19
Fairfield Ave. LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage to raise
existing house to be FEMA compliant and for an addition, for property
located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03102000.
- 60 Charles Street:
ZBA Appl. #7681 by Frederick William Hoag Architect
for property owned by 60 Charles Street LLC, for a variance for a wall
sign above lowest point of the roof, for property located in a GBD zone,
PID #B05089000.
At
this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications
received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in
the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle
Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
