Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 10, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 25 Kings Highway South: Application #AA,WPL/E-8918-11 by John F Fallon, Esq. on behalf of Birchwood Country Club for a 370 s.f. club house addition, interior renovations, and enlargement of the patio area by 523 s.f.
2. 6 Panhandle Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8920-11 by Frank Nuzzo on behalf of Mark Norbom for the installation of a generator.
3. 81 Hillspoint Road: Appllication #AA,WPL/E8921-11 by Able Construction LLC on behalf of Michael & Pamela Francis for the construction of a new 6-bedroom single-family residence, septic system, drainage and associated improvements.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
