LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 the following action was taken:

1. GRANTED: 23 Covlee Drive, ZBA Appl. #7663 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by Michael Greenberg & Associates, LLC for a variance for coverage for a new single family residence, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #A02040000.

2. GRANTED: 15 Hilltop Trail, ZBA Appl. #7667 by Stan Thurley for property owned by Stanley B Thurley and Nancy J. Levenson for a variance for setbacks for a shed, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #G08029000.

1. GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS: 70-88 North Avenue, (Staples High School & Bedford Middle School) Appl. #7678 by the Westport Board of Education for property owned by Town of Westport for a variance for lot coverage for the installation of a two (2) classroom modular building and a four (4) classroom modular building at Bedford Middle School and installation of a two (2) classroom modular building at Staples High School, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #F12077000.
