LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 1365 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7676 by Lauren Violette for property owned by AP 1365 Post Rd E for an appeal to the issuance of zoning permit #42212 for six (6) commscope antennas and faux chimney, for property located in the GBD zone, PID #G09104000.


2. 4 Budner Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7671 by Grace Rosenstein for property owned by Grace Rosesnstein for a variance for setbacks for an addition, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E07102000.


3. 235 Post Road West:  ZBA Appl. #7674 by Catherine Figueroa for property owned by Peter Gaboriault for a variance for a wall sign above the lowest point of the roof and above the lower sill of second floor window, for property located in BPD zone, PID #B08087000.


4. 250 North Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7673 by Chris O’Dell for property owned by Stephen and Stefanie Shackelford for a variance for setbacks, height and for accessory structure over 300 square feet to enlarge non conforming accessory apartment, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #7673.


5. 18 St. John Place:  ZBA Appl. #7675 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Peter Spera, Jr. and Jacqueline M. Hall for a variance setbacks and coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D10031000.


6. 1 Rex Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7680 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by B & A Development for a variance for setbacks for an addition, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #H07011000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
