Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes (subject to revision):
1.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public meeting of October 24, 2018.
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a request for a variance of Sec. 50-340 (a) (1) of the Town Driveway Ordinance as it relates to the proposed construction of the driveway for the property known as 233 Hillspoint Road.
3.Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the request for a supplemental sanitary sewer connection at property known as 28 Burr School Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of October 23, 2018.
4.Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the request for a supplemental sanitary sewer connection at property known as 3 Indian Point Lane, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of October 23, 2018.
5.Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the request for a supplemental sanitary sewer connection at property known as 56 Richmondville Avenue, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of October 26, 2018.
ADDITION AFTER PUBLICATION IN WESTPORT NEWS
6.Acting in its capacity as the Traffic Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Parking License Agreement between the Town of Westport and Westport Main Street Retail, LLC, assignees of Old Hill Elm, LLC, for six reserved parking spaces in the unified Elm Street Parking Lot, in accordance with the provisions of the Land Exchange Agreement between the Town of Westport and Old Hill Elm, LLC, dated September 27, 2017.
