Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.

1. 21 St. John Place:  Appl. #18-065 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 21 St. John Place, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C10122000.
2. 22 Guyer Road:  Appl. #18-069  by Piera Parozzo for property owned by Piera Parozzo for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D07133000.

Public comments may be received during the Public Hearing and may be sent to the Planning and Zoning Commission at pandz@westportct.gov. The application files may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday -Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.
