Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 3, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 6 Fermily Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-8917-11 by Wilson Electric on behalf of Thomas Skaria for the installation of a generator.
2. 37 Pumpkin Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8919-11 by James Thompson on behalf of Andrew Strober for the installation of a sports court and associated drainage.
