LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 11, 2018, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. DENIED:  57-59, 63-65-67-69-73 Post Road West, 85 Post Road West, 1 Lincoln Street, 19-21 Lincoln Street, 37 Lincoln Street, Appl. #18-011A by Cross Street, LLC c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Cross Street, LLC, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for a CAM Site Plan application for 81 multi family dwelling units pursuant to CGS 8-30g, for property located in a RORD #1/Residence A zone, PID #C09072000, #C09073000, #C09074000, #C09075000, #C09078000, #C09081000.    

2. GRANTED:  286 Compo Road South, Appl. #18-046 by William Green and Linda Durakis for property owned by William Green and Linda Durakis for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D04112000.  

3. GRANTED:  14 Woodside Lane (AKA 10 Woodside Lane), Appl. #18-048 by John T. Fifield of Fifield, Piaker, Elman Architects, PC for property owned by Earthplace, The Nature Discovery Center, Inc. for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for expansion of preschool to include Daycare facility, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B10027000.  

4. APPROVED:  Temporary Health Care Structures, Appl. #18-063 by the Planning and Zoning Commission to opt out of State requirements to allow Temporary Health Care structures without consideration of zoning regulations, pursuant to C.G.S. §8-1bb.  

5. ADOPTED:  Text Amendment #748, Appl. #18-023 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to modify §31-10.7.8, §32-8.5.4, §35-2.1.3, §43-12, §45-9, 53-9 to bring Westport’s bonding regulations into line with the State Statues.  A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.  Effective date: 11/11/18

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
