Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Cross Street, LLC, c/o John f. 1. 286 Compo Road South:  (The following application is continued from 10/04/18.  No testimony was taken)  Appl. #18-046 by William Green and Linda Durakis for property owned by William Green and Linda Durakis for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D04112000.  Applicant’s presentation time:  10 minutes
2. 14 Woodside Lane (AKA 10 Woodside Lane):  (The following application is continued from 10/04/18.  No testimony was takeng)  Appl. #18-048 by John T. Fifield of Fifield, Piaker, Elman Architects, PC for property owned by Earthplace, The Nature Discovery Center, Inc. for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for expansion of preschool to include Daycare facility, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B10027000.  Applicant’s presentation time:  15 minutes
3. 41 Crescent Road: Appl. #18-055 by Michael J. Bartos Jr. PE/LANDTECH for property owned by Mary Ann Quick and Edward Bella located in a Residence A zone, PID ##E09139000, for a Re-Subdivision approval for a four (4) lot subdivision, new private road (Mygodney Farm Lane), and a request for a waiver to the Intersection standard listed in Sec. 54-7.3 of the Subdivision Regulations.  Applicant’s presentation  time:  20 minutes


4. Temporary Health Care Structures:  Appl. #18-063 by the Planning and Zoning Commission to opt out of State requirements to allow Temporary Health Care structures without consideration of zoning regulations, pursuant to C.G.S. §8-1bb.  Applicant’s presentation time:  5 minutes
5. Text Amendment #748:  Appl. #18-023 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to modify §31-10.7.8, §32-8.5.4, §35-2.1.3, §43-12, §45-9, 53-9 to bring Westport’s bonding regulations into line with the State Statues.  A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.  Applicant’s presentation time:   5 minutes
6. Amendment #753: Appl. #18-050 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §5-2, Change of Use Definition to clarify Site Plan approval is only required when the designation or construction of more than three parking spaces is needed to support a Change of Use; to remove language requiring Site Plan approval to occupy commercial tenant space that has been vacant for more than one-year; and to remove language requiring Site Plan approval to convert vacant lot area to parking area as such change is eligible for a Site Plan Waiver. A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.
