LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 5, 2011 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1. 43 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #8905-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for additions and extensions to an existing residence and associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
2. 40 Riverfield Drive/Application IWW/WPL #8908-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Dean Martin, P.E. for the replacement of an existing driveway culvert and associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of an unnamed watercourse.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
