Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes (subject to revision):
1.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectman’s public meeting of September 26, 2018 and the minutes of the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public meeting of September 26, 2018.
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Human Services Director and in accordance with the Policy for Gifts to the Town, to approve the acceptance of a monetary gift in excess of $20,000 to the Town of Westport Human Services Families in Need and Senior Client Needs escrow funds, and further, to recommend its acceptance by the Representative Town Meeting.
3.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Information Technology Director, to approve the Addendum to the Software License Agreement dated May 11, 2018, between the Town of Westport and enCodePlus, LLC.
4.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to approve the Award of Contract RFP #19-935T (Westport Town Hall Elevator Modernization) in the amount of $231,197.00 to J.A. Rosa Construction, LLC of Wolcott, CT.
5.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to waive the low bid and approve the Award of Contract RFP #19-937T (15CY Heavy Duty Transfer Station Compactor Replacement) in the amount of $208,475.96 to Sanitary Equipment of West Haven, CT.
