LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 20, 2011, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1. 25 Kings Highway South: Appl. #11-050 by Birchwood Country Club, c/o John Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Birchwood Country Club for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for an addition to existing clubhouse and outdoor patio in a Res AA zone, PID #B07044000.
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
