I. Public Hearing on the following cases:
1. 14 Sachem Trail: ZBA Appl #6995 by William Curwen for property owned by William Curwen, Jr. and Ines SaCouta Curwen for a variance to Sec 13-4 (setbacks), to legalize air conditioning unit and shed in setback and conversion of deck into living space with new deck in front setback and Sec 13-5 (height) for walls over 8’ (cumulative) in setback in a Res A zone, PID # B06147000.
2. 450 Post Road East: ZBA Appl #7001 by Darcie Roy for property owned by Abbey 450 Post Rd LLC, for a variance to Sec 24-10 (signs in GBD), Sec 33-7.2.2 (wall signs above lower sill of 2nd floor window and more than 20’ to top of sign), Sec 33-7.1.1 (more sign area than allowed for tenant), 33-7.4.5 (free standing sign more than 32 square feet including the base) and Sec 33-7.4.7 (sign within 15 feet of property line) to install two wall signs above second floor window sill, in GBD/A zone, PID # D09121000.
3. 19 Calumet Road: ZBA Appl #7002 by Peter Gelderman for property owned by Darcy Travlos for a variance to Sec 6-2.1.6 and 13-6 (coverage), Sec 6-3.1 and 13-4 (setbacks) to construct a 2 car garage with second story living space, remove existing driveways and relocate to single driveway, in Res A zone, PID # C13074000.
4. 157 Riverside Avenue: ZBA Appl #7003 by Barr Associates, LLC, for property owned by Robert Gerber for a variance to Sec 6-2.1.6 (non-conforming building), 13-6 (building and total coverage) to construct new house over building and total coverage, in Res A zone, PID # C08048000.
