CONTINUATION NOTICE  


The Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the items below will be continued to October 4, 2018 at 7:00 P.M.


1. Amendment #752:  Appl. #18-044 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for an amendment to the zoning regulations to modify standards in the RORD #3, Sec 22-2.2.2, for fitness centers and or exercise facilities.  A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.  


2. 28 Richmondville Avenue:  Appl. #18-026 by Carole Reichhelm/Willowbrook Cemetery Association, Inc. for property owned by Brett David Adler and Juli Adler for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to convert property to cemetery burial use and to conduct excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C12170000. 


3. 52 Canal Road:   Appl. #18-036 by 52 Canal Road, LLC for property owned by 52 Canal Road, LLC for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01008000.
