LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.34 Bridge Street: ZBA Appl. #7664 by Steven Keedle for property owned by Michael and Naree Viner for a variance for coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C06025000.
2.9 Fresenius Road: ZBA Appl. #7665 by Alison Danzberger for property owned by James and Leslie Kickham for a variance for setbacks and height for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #F09095000.
3.157 Imperial Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7666 by Kerryanne Linane, Shorefront Construction for property owned by Scott and Susan Fredrickson for a variance for coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C07168000.
