Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 in Town Hall, Room 201/201A at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
1.To review and comment on proposed façade renovation of units 2,3,3A,7,8,9, 10 and 10A at Sconset Square at 15 Myrtle Avenue (Parcel ID #1000100) by Stephen Brennan of FWH Architects for property owned by RW 15 Myrtle, LLC located in the Restricted Office-Retail District #2 and Village District Overlay zones (RORD#2/VDO).
