LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  21 Marine Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7662 by Andy Soumelidis/LANDTECH for property owned by Andrea M. and Douglas W. Hamilton for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling and pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01073000.


2.
