Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 27, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
- Amendment #752: Appl. #18-044 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for an amendment to the zoning regulations to modify standards in the RORD #3, Sec 22-2.2.2, for fitness centers and or exercise facilities. A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.
- 22 Eno Lane: Appl. #18-045 by Craig Tucker for property owned by Craig and Belinda Tucker for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B05007000.
- 52 Harbor Road: Appl. #18-052 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Joshua Frank for a CAM Site Plan approval to raise existing dwelling for FEMA compliance and for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02107000.
